Lorenzo Barr Kamanda is one of the Tennessee Bureau Of Investigation’s most wanted fugitives. Authorities allege that he raped a mentally incapacitated adult while working at a nursing home. Lab results tested by the TBI led to a warrant being issued for Lorenzo’s arrest. Lorenzo may have fled to Nigeria which has an extradition treaty with the U.S.
