Authorities say that Oziel went to a game room where his wife and Vincente were at. Oziel approached both of them and allegedly shot Vincente seven times, killing the victim. The love triangle between Oziel, Vincente and the woman is believed to be motive for the homicide. As of this posting, Harris County’s court records database shows that Oziel has an active murder warrant and is not in custody. Any potential whereabouts as to where Oziel might be have not been publicized.
