Circumstances of Offense:
Authorities say that Jordy was outside a nightclub when he got into an altercation with 30-year-olds Jorge Vazquez and Gerardo Filomeno and 39-year-old Cesar Villalon. Jordy was punched and two of the victims advanced towards him. Authorities allege that is when Jordy fired 15 shots, killing Jorge, Gerardo and Cesar. A months-long investigation had to take place since the incident was obscured on surveillance footage by several vehicles. It was eventually determined that Jordy was criminally liable for all three homicides and a warrant was issued for his arrest. It should be noted that the victims did not have any weapons on them.

As of this posting, Jordy is shown as having a warrant in Harris County’s court records database and is not in custody. Jordy was born in Texas but his current presumed whereabouts are not known.
