Summary:
David was seen leaving his home with his ex-girlfriend her daughter. A witness reports seeing the three of them and his dog get into his truck between 3:00-5:00 pm and drive west on Highway 84 in Rusk heading towards Maydelle. The females and an unknown black male were seen returning to David's house in a car without David later that night, according to the witness. His truck was found 5 days later in the evening on Saturday, December 6, 2025 on the FM 84 W at the Neches River.

Circumstances of Disappearance:
His family last spoke with him on the telephone on 11/30/2025. Prior to his disappearance, a witness reports seeing David, Misty, and Kayla in a disagreement in front of the home while David was on the phone. On Saturday Dec 6, he was reported to law enforcement as missing. His vehicle keys, cell phone, and wallet were located inside his residence. A witness reported seeing his truck on 12/2/2025 and throughout the week until it was found on 12/6/2025. Law Enforcement reported seeing his vehicle at the river on 12/6/2025.
Additional Details:
David's dog, Lady, is also missing. She is a 15 year old miniature pincher.
